What's in the vegan pizza?
We made three different ones
1. Tomato sauce with spinach, mushrooms, garlic and soy mozzarella on top. (The Mozz. is actually really good.)
2. White bean hummus and onions
3. And BBQ "chicken" pizza with a bbq sauce, fake chicken and the mozz.
It was all way better than I expected.

Sometimes it tastes so much better when the expectation is so low. Kind of like backpacking food. And that is good food.
