It's 1:10 in the morning and I am so hungry that I am angry.
I can't go out and eat anything because of this stupid diet.
Everything is unhealthy.
The simple solution would be "eat/prepare something in the dorm". Well that's fine except for the fact that everything here (not much) is worse than eating out.
Damn.

What kind of Diet are you on?
No (unnatural) sugar, no beef, no fried foods, no soda.
Only water. Lots of fruit. Lots of spinach. Lots of fish and grilled chicken.
It's most definitely working though in conjunction with our workout plan. Started diet at 236 lbs. and am now at 222 after 4 weeks.
So I'd say thus far it's a success and I'm still losing like crazy.
try grassfed beef, organic and natural. You will taste an amazing difference, and healthier too.
that sounds sooooo good.
The only reason I'm not eating beef is because all of the food that I have access to on a daily basis is NOT that type of beef. If that was ever presented to me I would CERTAINLY eat it! :)
We should have a grassfed beef bbq this summer.
