I see where you're coming from, and I made this post to pick a fight... but I'm in too good of a mood to care about silly things like who is "the best" right now.
I was being pretty pessimistic early and wanted to leave this country and the things that I dislike about it. However, it doesn't matter what I think about what other people do. The only thing I can do is worry about the decisions that I am making for myself today and not worry about how much other people are consuming or the art that goes unappreciated... etc.

If you'd actually like to debate this though, I'd be up for it tomorrow! lol

So we are the best by default.

Have you ever heard of 'The Japanese Dream'? Or 'The Chinese Dream'? 'The Vatican City Dream'?
